The hotel was a decent choice for a short trip, with a good breakfast and comfortable rooms. However, the location was a bit far from major attractions and staff were sometimes unhelpful. WiFi charges seemed excessive. it would be better if included. Yet, the spa and pool were enjoyable.

I spent 4 nights in an Executive King Room and loved every moment! The rooftop bar, Cloud 9, offered breathtaking panoramic views of the city—truly magical at sunset. Plus, the diverse breakfast options, including made-to-order omelettes, kept my taste buds dancing every morning!

Check-in was frustrating. Reception staff didn't seem interested in answering basic questions. Initially, no Wi-Fi passcode given despite having Hilton Honors. After requesting a room change, I had a better space. Upsetting that options for an upgrade were only a downgrade. Checkout staff didn’t inquire about my stay. However, breakfast impressed me. The variety was excellent, and housekeeping did a great job keeping things tidy. Room size was generous, making up for some inconveniences.

It was just a perfect match for a fleeting trip in Prague with value for price. The breakfast was beyond any expectation! Don't miss trying the different foods served each day.
